When the Cypherites were looking for data on Zion's movements in the Real, they finally tracked the jack-in signal of Zion operative Vomer, finding her Downtown along with Zion officer Rylet, and Captain Niobe. When the Cypherite ships were closing in on both Vomer's and Niobe's hovercraft, while Niobe escaped the ensuring melee and in the real world and the matrix, the cypherties captured Vomer's shipand obtained the data her ship was carrying. it was also discovered that some machinist operaitves were aiding the cypherites.
