But, like the Brothers Grimm, this cautionary chronicle carries us down into the chathonic caverns of the subconscious, and as the truth is unraveled, so is Leslie's marriage, for among the scattered breadcrumbs is the unpalatable husk that her husband, Darren Thomas, was blackmailing her sister and two other girls, a trio who were the last to see his own brother, Owen, alive, and among whom lurked Owen's killer.
