Anya Jenkins owned an apartment in Sunnydale before that she moved at Xander Harris' Apartment in 2000. In 2002, after her breakup with Xander Harris, she leased it in 2003 until that she moved to Summers' residence because great dangers like The First Evil and demons assassins under D'Hoffryn's order. It was presumably destroyed along with the rest of Sunnydale in 2003.
