The brother of Madea Simmons, Grandpa Joe insults Madea about her butt and other nonsense things and is the father of Brian Simmons. His famous one liner was in Madea's Big Happy Family, where he mostly said "1-800, Choke That Hoe" which he said was his new "name" for his imaginery tabloid show about baby mama, baby daddy dramas, due to being Inspired by the one him and Madea watch.
