Jouni Veli Juhani Seistamo (born January 9, 1939 in Tampere, Finland) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played in the SM-Liiga. He played for Tappara Tampere. He was inducted into the Finnish Hockey Hall of Fame in 1986. He played for Finland in the 1958, 1961, 1962, and 1963 World Championships, and the 1960 and 1964 Olympics
