Larith De was a Twi'lek itinerant aristocrat representing Ryloth. He traveled around the galaxy to represent his homeworld, along with his wife, Deel De. But De was little more than a puppet of his wife. His sociable and bumbling demeanor was a cover for his wife's more sinister actions.
