Since the events of the attack on the town of Cali there is a bounty from Aztlan and Aztechnology on any member of Combat, Inc. that fought in this conflict. Therefor members of Combat, Inc. that were captured during the Battle for Bogota weren't treatened as prisoners of war but as illegal combatants, terrorists and criminals.
