If you choose the Human Path, you'll get the access before going to The End Of The World. Items that can be found in this region are two Analysis Balls, a Mass of Enmity, a Life Berry, a Revival Stone, a Cement Powder, a Growth Stone, 350 dagols, the weapon Rock Axe and the request item King's Toadstool.
