Holding the rank of Captain, he was given command of RHNS Sovereign of Space, the lead ship of the eponymous class of podlaying superdreadnoughts built at Bolthole. In this position, he served as Admiral Javier Giscard's flag captain. He died along with the admiral and his entire crew when the ship was destroyed by the Royal Manticoran Navy's Task Force 82 in the Battle of Lovat. (HH11)
