Jack Percy Blake (13 November 1874 - 19 December 1950) was a civil servant, sportsman, politician and author. During the First World War Blake was in charge of the priority section of the High Explosives Section of the Ministry of Munitions. He represented the United Kingdom in fencing at the Olympic Games of 1908, 1912 and 1920. In 1909 he married Maud Ethel Priestley.
