The Fountains is a three-story stuccoed, post-World War II building located on Franklin Avenue in Los Angeles. Calexico Moore lived in apartment number seven on the third floor, and late on the night of 27 December 1992, LAPD detective Harry Bosch picked the lock on Moore's apartment.
