Sh'aow was a male Caitian who served in Starfleet in the 23rd century. In 2273, Sh'aow was part of the security force on board the USS Enterprise. While on assignment on board the Fabrini vessel Yonada, Sh'aow broke his leg, but was stoic enough that Captain Kirk was surprised when informed that Sh'aow was injured. (TOS novel: Ex Machina)
