The Galactic Board of Trade is a regulatory body created by the Pan-Galactic Corporation in its early years to regularize and stabilize intergalactic commerce. In the years after the formation of the UPF, many of the functions of the Board became the responsibility of the Inter-Megacorporate Commission and the Interstellar Commerce Commission.
