Voyager: Demon Rising was a short fan fiction prologue to a re-engineered Trek series concept in which a Bajoran Orb of Dimensions causes copies of Lieutenant Commanders Data and Jadzia Dax to be trapped in the Delta Quadrant aboard a copy of the USS Voyager. The fiction was a "what-if" venue with no actual intentions on starting beyond the premise set-up.
