Francis Healey (c.1796- 6 December 1872) was a butcher and local politician. Healey had a high class butchers business in Bloomsbury, and became a member of St Pancras Vestry. He was subsequently chairman of the vestry, a justice of the peace and a member of the Metropolitan Board of Works. He died suddenly in December 1872, aged 76.
