The invasion of Bir'tedor took place in 38 ABY. It was a planned assault by Chancellor Hogas (Darth Kracor) and Empress Merdila on the planet of Bir'tedor. Due to its large population and its location between Ter Benix III and Yolan, it was decided by the two leaders that it would be a strategic place to invade. They chose it to be the capital of the new empire that would be formed when the Ter Benix Dominion and the Yolan Empire merged. The invasion itself was quite mild. Bir'tedor had mild defenses and a rather accepting population, so there wasn't much fighting.
