Blizzard caress is the level 4 ice type skill for mages. The range and power of this move increase per skill level. This move is mainly an escape move or support move, and not my preferred skill set for mages. Blizzard Caress is a rooting AoE move, immobilized any body it hits and then slowing them after they escape the rooting effects. This is primarily for support mage characters, allowing for heavier damage dealing allies to finish off these immobilized enemies. An especially good combo is when a hellfire user manages to catch the frozen enemies after this skill is used.
