Located in the thriving slums of Apapa District, the Apapa Medical Center depends on foreign aid for most of its supplies and support. Compared to the much wealthier hospitals in other countries or even the one on Victoria Island, it is a small, rough facility, struggling with second-hand equipment and not enough money. The head, Dr. Sirian Smythe has shown himself to be an able administrator, capable of attracting dedicated professionals willing to work for little money.
