The Boots of Bloody Bounding is a leveled set of light armored boots, obtained as a bonus reward from the Dark Brotherhood quest given by Teinaava, "The Renegade Shadowscale". The stats and enchantment of the boots depend on what level the Hero was upon completion of the quest.
