A young, well-spoken merchant seeking business in the northerly point of Tien's Landing, Merchant Chiu is a carrier and proprietor of some of the finest wares of household items, though this is naturally by his own admittance. He advertises various wares such as a basket that can carry two little ones, as well as a cloak "so warm it's like a weapon against the cold". Though often rebuked by those seeking more practical wares such as weaponry or armour, Chiu is determined to see his wares sold, using his wit and charm as a main motivator in his business dealings.
