The Rogers Cottage was the family home to the Rogers family. It was located on a small island off the coast of Phatt Island only accessible via a secret passage behind a waterfall on the mainland. Outside it was a grotesque monkey statue. It extended into underground chambers within the island including a bathroom with an exit chute leading to the beach below. During Guybrush Threepwoods search for Big Whoop it was home to Rum Rogers Jr.. The dead remains of Rum Rogers Sr. were still in the bath in which he was killed years before.
