The Vashta were a prehistoric animal tribe which lived in an area near to where New Barkston now stands. An ancient scroll written by a Vashta warrior named Artung is in the possession of Grandpa Gekkie, which describes their way of life. The Vashta were a prominent tribe that held the richest of all lands in the area, both for foraging and for hunting.
