Sergeant Colin Davis II was a Gear who served in the Confederation of Ordered Governments Army in the years following the end of the Locust War. The son of war hero and founder of the Confederation, Colin Davis, Colin II and his siblings were consistently raised with his father's values on service from a very young age, and although they were never expected to join the military, all but one did so upon reaching the age of enlistment. After a harsh training period turned his body into that of a Gear's, he was assigned to the 2nd Clayvale Infantry Regiment. In 41 A.E., he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant after his squad leader was killed during an ambush by Coalition forces.
