We cannot predict the future of the series. Only Tite Kubo knows if Aizen is gone for good or not, but it does appear that he has been defeated in this battle. However, the Hōgyoku was shown to still be embedded in Aizen just prior to him being sealed away. It was not shown falling out of him so he still has it, it would seem.
