The amulet of Othanian is an item used in the later stages of the Underground Pass quest. It is obtained by killing the level 78 demon Othanian. Once Othanian and his comrades Holthion and Doomion have been killed the player can use their amulets to open a chest that contains Iban's shadow. It looks similar to what an obsidian amulet would look like in its early stages of development, and this is possibly its concept art, before it was changed to what it is today.
