Jackson, credited as Police Controller, is the radio controller of the Vice City Police Department in 1986, as heard in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. She can be heard on VCPD radio chatter, dispatching officers to sites of criminal activity throughout Vice City. She is voiced by Silva Solas.
