ClipMoon is a video sharing community portal which aims to bring the highest video and audio quality to the online video sharing market. Uploaded files are converted to the FLV video format. The converted video bit rate is up to 1300 kbit/s and the audio bit rate up to 160 kbit/s in stereo sound depending on the quality of the uploaded video.ClipMoon was founded in March 2007 by two private people.
