Poison Puffs are enemies in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. These are the most powerful and dangerous Ruff Puffs in the game. These guys also only appear in the deepest levels of the Pit of 100 Trials and are fought several times. Poison Puffs fly at very fast paces and can charge themselves up for one of the most devastating attacks in the game. So long as it's charged, one of these Poisonous Puffballs can unleash a deadly poison gas on Mario and his active partner, dealing 10 damage to both and poisoning them.
