Daredevil Dust was a formula Gargamel created in the cartoon show episode "Reckless Smurfs" which made whoever was exposed to it behave in a reckless manner, causing them to do dangerous things that they would not normally do. It usually if not always gave its victim a feeling of overwhelming euphoria, with effects similar to that of amphetamines and other types of stimulants. There is also an element of a drunken stupor that is evidenced in Lazy calling Gargamel "Garglesmell" when he and another Smurf were captured while under the influence of the Daredevil Dust.
