Tomore the Righteous is a legendary person in Rebakah Cooper's time. She is known for the fact that the gods meddled with her life before she was beggared and beheaded. She doesn't appear in any of the novels as she died long before the Provost's Dog trilogy takes place and has only been mentioned by Beka in Bloodhound in passing.
