Captain Hippity is an alternate universe stick-figure version of Torg. Captain Hippity was bitten by a radioactive rabbit, which gave him radiation poisoning that caused all his hair and teeth to fall out. On his way to the doctor, an alien zapped him with an alien ray that cursed his radiation poisoning and granted him the power of the bunny. He teamed up with Science Guy to fight crime in Stick City, and was later recruited to join The Harassers.
