Kothlis was a planet in Bothan Space and home of the Fey'lya family. During the Mezzilenic War, the planet along with the rest of Bothan space, supported the Galactic Republic, but when Arf Fey'lya succeeded his uncle Lar as head of the Fey'lya family, it joined the Jedi Coalition. With the help of its new allies it was able to repel a Republic attack and this led to the rest of Bothan Space joining the Coalition.
