Mrs. Lever is Here takes place after the events of Scream: Cami's Nightmare, Frank and Kelly saw Jackie's mother and they new next door neighbours, Molly Lever. Frank and Kelly found out they new next door neighbours got amnesia and forgets everything, including herself when she don,t know herself, her two daughter, Jackie and Julianne, all the people, her family and her friends when she was attack by Lauren Malloy in opening of the movie. Lauren Malloy return and is after Hayley and rest of the people.
