Omryn's Chain is a Legendary belt in Diablo III, added in patch 2.2.0. It requires character level 31 to drop. The unique affix leaves free Caltrops, fully benefiting from runes and enhancements, at the original location of every Vault jump. This has no cooldown, but obeys the normal limit of Caltrops.
