Phoradon is a dual Grass/Flying Pokémon. It evolves into Photactyl starting at level 16, which evolves into Syntzacotyl starting at level 32. Along with Embrik and Crocras, Phoradon is one of the starter Pokémon of the Yuzai region able to be chosen at the beginning of Pokémon Onyx.
