Kaplaeter is the only known city of the Creebin. It is located within a mountainous area in the western half of the human Kingdom of Stormhold. Kaplaeter is famous for its enormous library. Recently, Kaplaeter's rulers made a controversial decision to remain neutral during the Great War. The King of Stormhold, despite protestations by his nobles, honored Kaplaeter's decision.
