Phineas Kart 7 is a Fanon racing game that is similar to the real Mario Kart 7. It is the same as it except for the characters. Just like in Mario Kart 7, you can make custom karts. You can travel on air, land and sea with just a kart! The kart uses a propeller underwater and a hang-glider in air.
