USS Mitannic (NCC-3103) was a Mitannic-class battlecruiser on active duty in Starfleet during at least the late 23rd century. (Federation Reference Series 3) Mitannic was originally scheduled to be a Menahga-class battlecruiser, but tests of the Menahgas necessitated corrections and improvements to ordnance systems and Bussard collectors, resulting in a subtly improved battlecruiser design. Mitannic was the lead ship of this new class. Mitannic was commissioned in 2287
