Well, I'm a admin on about 3 different other wikis, non created all earned. I have about 460 edits here, and I know how to use admin powers. I also answer a lot of questions in staff blogs, forums, and staff's talk pages, you can check my contributions for proof. I also help out by giving links to wikis on adoptions and ask the user whether there asking for admin or bureaucrat or both on the pages, once they told me, I would just add in for the user what right there requesting.
