Hellura Lyle (played by Penny Johnson) was a doctor who worked with the CDC. She assisted Dana Scully and John Doggett during their investigation of an unusual biological organism in the Boston subway system in 2001. The investigation was after the death of Officer Philbrick. Lyle was particularly uncooperative and generally disagreeable during the excursion into the tunnel system. (TXF: "Medusa")
