The Cloak of Levitation is a mantle worn by Stephen Strange that enables its user to levitate and hover in the air. The cloak itself is some what sentient as it is seen pestering Strange with its flaps. Due to its ability to move on its own, it is able to physically attack and restrain others, as well as grab and hold objects. The cloak is located in the Chamber of Relics.
