USS Albireo (NCC-754) was an interceptor of unrevealed class on active duty in Starfleet at least in the 2280s. Given the proximity of registry numbers, Albireo and USS Daredevil may be of the same class. Albireo was noted as "needing a captain" in 2284. (Orion Press: "Captain's Bars")
