The Crime Evidence is an item found in Silent Hill: Downpour. It can be found in the shower room of Block B in the Overlook Penitentiary. The player must place it, along with a shank and a badge, on the scale of the Otherworld prison. It is evidence of Frank Coleridge's murder.
