TO unlock HR6 White Fatalis you must first kill Crimson Fatalis, this must be your own posted quest not someone elses if using ADHOC party or XLink. You must also have five kills on each of the following: Kushala Daora, Chameleos, Teostra, Lunastra and Lao Shan Lung. Hope this helps!
