The 2001 Tropicana 400 was a Winston Cup (now Nextel Cup) event held at Chicagoland Speedway on July 15, 2001. Kevin Harvick won his second and final race of the year, winning the inagural event at the track by more than half a second on Robert Pressley. It was Pressley's best career effort.
