The Other World Item (異界のアイテム Ikai no aitemu) is an item exclusive to Fire Emblem Awakening. Obscure Other World Items take the place of any DLC-exclusive equipment and skills that a StreetPass NPC army is outfitted with should the player in question not have the relevant items installed.
