"Itchy, tasty" is a memorable phrase from the 1996 game Resident Evil, in which an animal keeper slowly loses his mind due to t-Virus infection. The wording for this phrase was intentionally corrupted, along with other parts of the file, to demonstrate the progression of the disease. As such, it is spelt as kayui uma(かゆいうま) as opposed to kayui umai(かゆいうまい); leaving out the "い" renders translations as "itchy horse". The Resident Evil Archives has an entry on it, though it is uncertain if the BradyGames translators were aware of the corruption in doing so.
