Enlightened Devil Fruits are a special variety of the normal blend that was created accidentally by the White Pirates's alchemist, Koroyaki. There currently exists only one of this type of Devil Fruit due to the extreme conditions required for its creation. Unlike regular Devil Fruits which are classified as either Paramecia, Zoan or Logia, an EDF has no such classification system and the abilities it grants are much more powerful.
