Spencer Manufacturing Co. is an American fire apparatus manufacturer located in South Haven, Michigan. Spencer started off in 1982 refurbishing fire apparatus and other heavy equipment. They shifted into building new apparatus and moved to a new facility in 2003. Spencer has sold several trucks to the Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire.
