Hermano Gamelo Hibbert is the director of the Shelbyville Orphanage. He Is one of Julius Hibbert's father and Madeline Murphy's sons. He is the twin brother of Dr. Julius Hibbert. He worked at the Shelbyville Orphanage and helped locate Herbert Powell, Homer's brother. He and his brothers, Bleeding Gums Murphy and Dr. Hibbert, were all separated as children and are unaware of each other’s whereabouts.
